Delivery mode: Live delivery by a Peoplecert accredited trainer of ITIL (from Brainbees Consulting, an ATO), using gotomeeting platform

Duration: 12 hours, 4 consecutive day sessions of 3 hours each

Time: IST 7 PM to 10 PM every day

Audience: This series is targeted for the members registered to this course with ilmil.

Pre-requisite: Pre-reading helps you make the most of the live sessions. Hence you must have completed at least 50% of the self-study material of this course, before joining the live delivery session. Do note, your registration to live sessions will not be approved if you do not meet this pre-requisite.

Attendance is mandatory to at least one of the multiple series scheduled.

You are welcome to attend the series multiple times, if that is needed for revision / further clarification of the topics learnt.
