I was part of the First Consultant Grooming Session of CF with Saikat Basu as the Trainer. I have had consulting experience before this, however the amount of knowledge and the wisdom I was able to grasp from this training/grooming session was at the peak provided with the experience and the knowledge Saikat carries. My working behaviour changed extensively along with a perception of my works value for the better; it also gave me a glimpse of how successful I can be and how to proceed further. Thanks to Saikat for grooming me to be a success

Great learning space! Very insightful!. Trainers have a great attitude towards their pupils. Very useful information delivered in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend ilmil to anyone that is interested in improving their knowledge and grow in your career.
